Grand Hotel Minerva’s 6 elegant meeting rooms all offer natural light and may host from 25 to 80 people. The ‘Sala Vasari’ with a ceiling fresco is connected to a smaller room for coffee breaks, with parquet flooring and glass walls furnished with wicker chairs and sofas. ‘Sala Greco’ is decorated by the great artists Indian ink designs. ‘Sala Alberti’ is decorated with black and white pictures of Boboli Garden.

Meeting Rooms Six meeting rooms where art and design perfectly blend with the needs of a business meeting. All meeting rooms are naturally very bright. The forniture expressly designed by architects Edoardo Detti and Carlo Scarpa contributes in making them something more than simple meeting rooms. Included in the renting fee of each meeting room is the following: mineral water, pens, paper, flip chart, overhead-projector, amplification system. On request: slide projector, VCR, monitor, personal computer, printer, photocopying machine, telefax, office services and simultaneous translation.
