The hotel features six exclusive meeting rooms, characterized by a perfect match of art, design and high-tech equipment. All meeting rooms have natural light and are very bright. The furniture expressly designed by architects Edoardo Detti and Carlo Scarpa contributes in making them something more than simple meeting rooms.

Included in the renting fee of each meeting room is mineral water, pens, paper, flip chart, overhead-projector, amplification system. Slide projector, VCR, monitor, personal computer, printer, photocopying machine, telefax, office services and simultaneous translation are available on request.

The Sala Vasari' with a ceiling fresco is connected to a smaller room for coffee breaks, with parquet flooring and glass walls furnished with wicker chairs and sofas. Sala Greco' is decorated by the great artists Indian ink designs. Sala Alberti' is decorated with black and white pictures of Boboli Garden.
