The Grand Hotel Minerva in Florence is the ideal place for business meetings, residential meetings and top incentives. Perfect to fulfill the needs of business groups of up to 50 rooms and delegates requiring a plenary room and at least two smaller syndicates. 
There are five different meeting rooms: the largest features a maximum capacity of 80 with theatre-style seating (40 at school desks). All the rooms have a free internet connection and the price includes: mineral water, pencils, papers, overhead projector and flip chart and amplification system.

The catering areas (maximum capacity: 180 people in a single room) are more than sufficient to ensure comfort and fast service so you can stick to the times of your work schedule. Catering menus offer a wide selection and change with the seasons, budget and event type: from a simple working breakfast to buffets to gala dinners.

In addition to business meetings, the Hotel offers its spaces for dinners, aperitifs, parties and weddings.
