The Restaurant ‘I Chiostri’, with its large spaces decorated with beautiful paintings and illuminated by
large glass windows that face the internal garden, may host up to 180 people. From April to October the patio in Piazza Santa
Maria Novella offers summer dishes along with the main menu.
The restaurant has become a meeting place for Florentines and a restaurant of a certain standard for its guests and it offers some of the best traditional Mediterranean and Tuscan dishes reinterpreted by our Chef Sandro Pedica. Closed on Sunday.

During the winter, the bar designed by Carlo Scarpa is warm and inviting. It
faces the hotel’s hall and it offers a moment of relax to our guests who can enjoy
a cocktail or a good coffee after their city trip.
During the summer, the bar is the one next to the swimming pool, cool and fascinating.
At 7:00 p.m. a lavish buffet awaits our guests, with exquisite mise en bouche for an aperitif with friends.
