Easter in Florence is beautiful, the weather is pleasant and the Colombina Pasquale (Easter Dove) flies from the Dome to the Baptistery in celebration.

Our rooftop pool opens for a new season of swimming and cocktails, while the restaurant re-opens onto the square of Santa Maria Novella, with its beautiful al fresco restaurant. For easter, Chef Tommaso Calonaci has created a very special menu for you to discover and enjoy.
